Our camera's batteries died yesterday and we were too busy to charge them and take any photos.  So here are some other photos from Ada's 1st hour in the world.

Laura, Ada, and I came home from the hospital on the Friday morning and settled in for a nice day of nursing, sleeping, and fussing.  Ada thought it was especially fun to sleep between feedings all day and fuss between feedings all night.

Ada Catherine Bickmeier arrived on March 26 at 9:52am, 6lbs 15oz.  We had quite a journey getting her here starting on March 24th at 4am.  Everything turned out well in the end and we are all healthy and home from the hospital now.  Here is the first of many pictures...

we are more than ready for this baby to make its appearance!

now we've got valences and wall hangings... very important to the welfare of the baby!
